regarding the absence of transcendence

I’ll keep it so simple. if your healing work - for many of us, therapy, but regardless of what it is - doesn’t include spiritual practice, you’re gonna walk around believing this is it. even if you believe something wonderful is coming later, you’re gonna let your human psyche tell its story as if it’s The Truth. and it’s not.
